  • I am not participating in any insurance panels at this time. I am an “out-of-network” provider.

    I do provide a superbill that includes all of the necessary information for your claims to be processed through insurance if your insurance covers out of network benefits.

  • Individual 45-minute sessions: $200

    Individual 60-minute sessions: $222

    I do offer sliding scale to limited number of clients. I also accept Loveland Foundation and Mental Health Liberation vouchers.

    I accept credit/debit cards, and HSA/FSA. Payment is processed automatically on the day of your appointment.

  • Most clients start on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on what works best for their schedule and budget. On occasion, I will also meet with on a monthly basis if it makes sense for their therapy needs at the time.

  • 24-hour’s notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.

    Late cancellation or no shows are charged the full session fee rate.

    Your card on file will be charged automatically on the day of your appointment.

  • The No Surprises Act, which is part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021, is designed to protect clients from receiving unexpected medical bills. The Good Faith Estimate provision of the No Surprises Act is designed to give clients an estimate of how much they’ll be charged for the healthcare services they’ll be receiving, prior to their appointment.

    Under the law, State-licensed and certified healthcare providers are required to provide a Good Faith Estimate of charges to every new and continuing client who’s either uninsured or isn’t planning to submit a claim to their insurance for the services they’re seeking.
