Therapy for Anxiety and Burnout
A calmer, more grounded way of moving through your life is possible
Your mind and body are stuck in survival mode
Anxiety and burnout often don’t come from only “doing too much”. They come from carrying too much alone.
You may feel constantly on alert, anticipating what needs to be done next, managing responsibilities no one else sees, and holding everything together for everyone else. On the outside, you seem capable and composed, but inside you may feel overwhelmed, wired, exhausted, or unable to slow down.
You’ve been functioning for everyone else, but it’s getting harder to feel like yourself. Your anxiety often hides behind overthinking, pressure, perfection, and the belief that you have to keep going because there is no room to fall apart. Your body knows you’re tired, even if your mind keeps pushing.
Many strong women grew up without anyone to lean on. As adults, they become the steady ones, the planners, the problem solvers. Until the body says, “I can’t keep going like this.”

How I Support You
We slow down and listen to what your nervous system has been trying to tell you. Instead of pushing through, you learn to soften the internal pressure, settle the overwhelm, and reconnect with a grounded sense of steadiness.
Through somatic therapy and nervous system regulation, we work with the tension, activation, and exhaustion stored in your body. We build internal space, breath, and capacity without rushing. You won’t be rushing.
You will be supported in unwinding what has kept you in survival mode and in building a calmer, more regulated way of moving through your life.
Feeling more grounded and present
Less overwhelmed and reactive
Moving with more ease in your body
Clearer thinking and emotional space
Able to rest without guilt or anxiety
Living with a calmer, more regulated nervous system
